Background
The establishment of the Tekuma Directorate required managing the recovery and development of the Tekuma region in southern Israel. Mashrokit Digital managed the agency's digital channels, handling sensitive content while maintaining a dignified official tone and using precise terminology.
The project required conveying the Directorate's work to domestic and international audiences in two languages. We navigated strict government infrastructure and approval processes while maintaining real-time relevance on social media.
The work
Working alongside the Directorate's in-house team, Mashrokit Digital developed a content strategy focused on the transition from recovery to growth. We produced social media and digital content highlighting field initiatives, such as agricultural rehabilitation projects, youth training programs, and podcasts illustrating daily progress.
For international audiences, we managed the creation of English content, adhering strictly to mandatory official terminology. We integrated a dedicated quality control process for English materials and operated an automated, bilingual monthly newsletter to maintain transparent communication with local and global stakeholders.
Our work also included managing content on the Directorate's government website. We updated calls for proposals, news updates, and tenders, ensuring critical information reached residents and partners clearly and in full compliance with government standards.
Ongoing scope
The project required precise management of dozens of information items. Over a year, we handled a steady stream of calls for proposals and news updates published to the government website, alongside producing detailed weekly reports on website performance to inform strategy.
What transfers
Managing digital channels during an emergency or large-scale recovery requires a delicate balance between speed and strict official oversight. This case demonstrates how to build a bilingual content operation that adheres to precise government terminology while remaining accessible to the public. The structured approach to content approval and quality control is applicable to any public agency handling sensitive national projects.
Results & Impact
Mashrokit Digital established a stable, official, and sensitive digital presence for the Directorate. Professional feedback from the in-house team indicated high satisfaction with the visual and textual deliverables, particularly praising the design and clear presentation of the periodic newsletters.
The Directorate's own tracking places the rate of residents returning to the Tekuma region at 92 percent. Our content supports that broader trend rather than claiming credit for it; the measurable contribution is in reach and comprehension of the Directorate's programs.
