Background
The Israel National Digital Agency is the government body responsible for advancing digital services and innovation across the public sector. For over two and a half years, Mashrokit Digital has worked alongside their in-house team to provide public-sector social media and digital channel management, including ongoing video production.
The core challenge was scale and pace. Producing dozens of videos a month involves scripting, filming, editing, and multi-layered approval processes across government departments. The agency needed to increase output without missing strict publication deadlines, but standard project management methods were creating bottlenecks.
The work
To solve this, we developed a custom workflow management platform tailored specifically to their video production cycle. Built using AI-assisted coding, the web-based tool centralizes the entire production pipeline in one place.
The system allows all stakeholders to track the status of each video in real time, leave comments directly on tasks, and streamline communication between our production units and government representatives. This shared digital environment accelerated the multi-layered approval process and provided full transparency.
From our work
Ongoing scope
Beyond building the management system, we run the agency's social media strategy and end-to-end video production alongside the client's in-house team. This includes concept development, filming, and final distribution across digital channels, ensuring government information reaches citizens efficiently.
What transfers
Public sector bodies often struggle with content bottlenecks due to complex approval chains. This case demonstrates how custom, centralized workflow tools can accelerate multi-layered approvals without sacrificing oversight. It shows that scaling content output requires operational infrastructure just as much as creative capacity.
Results & Impact
The collaborative workflow has sustained a high output of dozens of videos per month over a 2.5-year period. Data from our shared Asana workspace shows a 96 percent successful completion rate for joint tasks, keeping government communication consistent and on schedule.
